To Realtors and real estate agents:
Please note, as a standard practice we do not list our properties for sale on any multiple listing service controlled by local Realtors or sign contracts agreeing to pay commissions.
We will, however, pay commissions and/or referral fees to agents who bring us buyers and close the transaction. We are flexible and will consider all offers on our property.
